All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

You’ll receive two emails from us: One to confirm your order upon purchase and another with with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Collette is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns

We want you to love your Collette pieces. If something isn’t right, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags must be attached.
  • Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To begin a return, please email us at contact@itscollette.com with your order number.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON:

  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Items that appear worn or altered
  • International orders
Exchanges & Refunds

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
